Emma - Originally from Singapore
Emma, who studied art in Singapore, understands not only English and Japanese but also some Chinese. She is also knowledgeable about delicious vegan restaurants in Tokyo, so please feel free to ask her.
Lauren - Originally from the United States
After studying art in California, this staff member has worked in customer service in Japan. She is currently training as an apprentice craftsperson. In her private time, she enjoys snowboarding and other active pursuits.
Hong Rachel - Originally from the United States
She studied art in the United States and is currently training daily to become a craftsperson! On her days off, she visits cafes and explores Tokyo.

Craftspeople guide guests using English developed on the job
The craftspeople at MITUBACI TOKYO also explain the production process and tools in English. The craftspeople's English proficiency is practical knowledge naturally acquired through daily interactions with many overseas customers.
We explain professional processes such as how to use a hammer for ring patterns and the engraving details that go inside the ring in clear and understandable English. You can enjoy communicating in English while relaxing and working on your creation.
Additionally, our craftspeople regularly participate in pop-up events at our sister shop "KOBO" in Singapore. They have experience conducting workshops while communicating directly with local staff and customers, so they are skilled at providing support that matches the preferences and atmosphere of overseas guests.
