  Please note that this is not the main store in Tokyo.
• Reservations are available up to 90 days in advance. Reservations close 2 hours before each workshop begins.

English Language Support

We offer English language support; however, due to high demand, we may not be able to guarantee the availability of an English-speaking interpreter for your reservation. That said, we’ll do our best to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience with translated guides and instructions.

Tax-free Shopping

Tax free shopping is available to non-residents and short-term visitors. Please bring your original passport when you visit us.

You can modify or cancel your reservation online up to 24 hours before the start time of your workshop via the link provided in your confirmation email. We seek your cooperation in making any adjustments or cancellations as early as possible to allow other guests the opportunity to book.

If you do not show up without prior notice, you may be charged the basic course fee.
