THE MAKING

Choosing Design

Our artisans are dedicated to helping you craft a tie pin design that perfectly complements your suit and necktie. If you have a specific vision in mind, feel free to share it with us!

Adjusting Metal Thickness

First, the appropriate metal thickness for the tie pin is achieved using a metal roller. The metal strip is passed through the roller multiple times until it reaches the desired thickness of 1.6mm.

Preparing Surfaces

Once the desired thickness is achieved, our artisans will carefully sand the surfaces, ensuring the textures will turn out beautifully in the final design.

Engraving

You may opt for free engraving methods like metal stamping which comprises alphabets, numerals, and original icons. Before working on your actual ring, we will provide you with a silver bar to practice engraving.

Texturing

Pick your favorite texture and start applying to your tie pin. Choose to leave parts polished or matted for a unique and personalized look!

Shaping

Using various tools, the metal bar is shaped into a tie pin. This part is challenging, so our craftsmen will help you.

Completion

Tidy up the surfaces with the buffing machine and your preferred finish, and your tie pin is complete!
