MITUBACI is a modern rustic space specializing in handmade wedding band classes. Our half-day ring making workshop enables you to create and complete your one-of-a-kind wedding bands in around 3 hours! Tanzō forging—the forging method applied throughout the class—ensures the durability of your wedding jewelry to last a lifetime. Diamonds and colored stones can be set by our artisans right on the spot, so you can take your rings home the very same day. And when you visit as a couple, engraving each other's rings makes the process all the more enjoyable and memorable.
Time required: 3 to 4 hours
Starting with design consultation, we will walk you through our samples and guide you in choosing your preferred material, ring width, designs, and finishes for your rings.
You may opt for free engraving methods like metal stamping which comprises alphabets, numerals, and original icons. Before working on your actual ring, we will provide you with a silver bar to practice engraving.
Once engraving is completed, you will start shaping the metal bar into a ring. This process requires strength and support, hence you and your partner may need to help each other out.
After rounding, you will solder your ring under the guidance of our craftsman. Our artisans will solder all platinum rings as they require a license to operate the burner.
Depending on the design of your ring, texturing or lathe machine-cutting will come next. If you chose a plain finish, polishing will be done at this stage.
At this stage, you will work with several tools to smoothen and polish the surfaces of your ring.
Your ring is completed! If you wish to set a diamond or birthstone on your ring, our artisans will work on them at the end, and you can take them home on the same day!
MITUBACI’s handmade wedding band workshops are conducted and supported by our veteran artisans who are experienced at crafting custom-made jewelry. Under their thorough guidance, even beginners are able to complete the jewelry-making processes with confidence. Our tanzō forging method adds durability to your jewelry and ensures quality that lasts a lifetime. Moreover, it is an exciting experience to turn precious metals such as platinum (Pt950) and gold (18K) into rings with your own hands!
We offer hand engraving options for free. Workshop participants will have a round of practice before engraving on your actual rings. Worry not about mistakes, for our artisans will help you correct minor ones. You may also choose machine- or laser-engraving options for guaranteed neatness!
Our handmade wedding rings are one-of-a-kind in the world. We also recommend partners make each other’s rings to turn your workshop experience into an even fonder memory! Feel free to take pictures and videos to record your quality time together. Customize your wedding jewelry further with birthstones special to you and your partner.

We will measure the ring size on the day of your visit to ensure that it fits your finger perfectly. For hand engraving, we will explain and practice how to engrave before the actual engraving.
