A Story in a Single Email

I will visit you with the feeling of creating a treasure that will last a lifetime. I can't help but look forward to it."
Mr. H sent us a message before his visit.
The initial reservation was to discuss platinum or gold on the day of the event and make a decision, but behind the reservation was a deep feeling for the beloved dog that is beyond words.
A long time and precious partner.
Shortly before our visit, we received a message from Mr. H via LINE. It was to say goodbye to her beloved dog (an Italian greyhound) who had walked with her for many years.
I don't want our time together to be just "in the past," but I want to keep it in a place that touches my skin for years to come.
Mr. H chose a K18 yellow gold bangle made by his own hands.
Stories in the "Margins
Mr. H made very specific requests for the placement of the engraving, along with a sketch.
It contained an engraving of a "star" symbolizing his beloved dog, the proof of his life, and a word meaning "bond" that continues to this day.
The customer was particularly particular about the exquisite distance (margin) between the engravings, expressed in specific numbers. This number is the most important distance, symbolizing the history that we have walked with him.
I want to tell the story of his footsteps."
The arrangement, which was specified in millimeters, was not just a design, but the very "path I have taken with him" that Mr. H had drawn in his mind.
The brilliance of "protection" shaped together with craftsmen

On the same day, Mr. H earnestly and lovingly tapped the metal in the workshop to finish the bangle.
The gold chosen was a warm yellow gold, a color that suited Mr. H well.
The details of the design were a secret only Mr. H could divulge. However, the slightly tightened, yet reassuring expression on Mr. H's face when he put the completed bangle on his wrist told us the meaning of this jewelry as a "protection (amulet)".
A "true treasure" born of dialogue with craftsmen.
We also received a very warm message from Mr. H, who completed the production.
I was able to get the treasure I really wanted thanks to your courteous and kind response to my particular design and your new suggestions! Even at the appointment stage, you were courteous and kind to me, and I was able to welcome the day with peace of mind. Thank you for a good time and a good match!
(Resident of Kanagawa, H. / visited in March 2026)

The "distance in millimeters" and "arrangement of the stars" were important to Mr. H. We, the craftsmen, did not take this particularity as mere work, but worked together to think about "how to make it the most beautiful and give shape to his thoughts and ideas" and made suggestions.
The craftsman and the customer talked together to determine the size and orientation of the letters, the inside and outside design, and finally decided to use both hand-engraving and laser engraving.
We believe that "making with one's own hands" means not only creating a form, but also that the "peace of mind" and "dialogue" that are part of the process become part of the precious memories.
Jewelry is a talisman that carries your thoughts.
The memories of our days together are now on your wrist. We hope that the star engraved on the bangle will continue to shine on your hand, quietly and powerfully, protecting your future.
Our workshop in Sangenjaya is always here. All of our craftsmen look forward to hearing how the bangles are doing again sometime in the future.
