If I order online, how many days will it take to complete?
It usually takes about three weeks from payment to completion.
If you’re in a hurry, we’ll do our best to meet your request, so please feel free to consult with us.
Is there a shipping fee?
Shipping within Japan is free.
Shipping charges apply for international orders.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship to addresses outside Japan.
After you place your order, we will check the shipping fee and send you a payment link that includes the total amount with shipping.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped in about three weeks. We have experience delivering to North America, Singapore, and Taiwan.
However, since these are precious metals, there may be cases where no suitable delivery service is available in your country. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Depending on your region, additional costs such as customs duties or taxes may apply. We seek your understanding.
What are the after-sales services available?
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes, that is possible.
Please make your payment in advance, and we will prepare your order before your visit.
Once your item is ready, please come to MITUBACI TOKYO in Sangenjaya.
If any minor adjustments to the ring size are needed, we can take care of them on the day you pick up your order.
