Reservation of visit

The rings are made by craftsmen on the same day as your visit, and you can take them home immediately after they are made. You can observe the process of ring making by skilled craftsmen (time required: approx. 3-4 hours).

If time is limited, we offer free nationwide delivery to your home or hotel, in addition to pickup at a later date.

English Support

MITUBACI provides support in English, but due to the great popularity of this service, we may not be able to assign interpreting staff. In such cases, please understand that we may utilize English procedure manuals or translation applications.

Tax-free Shopping

Tax free shopping is available to non-residents and short-term visitors. Please bring your original passport when you visit us.

You may change or cancel your reservation online up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time using the link in your completed reservation email. If your schedule has changed due to another customer, please change or cancel as soon as possible.
