Important Information

Our workshops involve using fire (burners) and industrial tools, and if used incorrectly, can cause burns or injury. Please read the following precautions and follow the instructions of your craftsman-in-charge on the day of your visit.

However, in the unlikely event of an accident, we seek your understanding that we will not be held responsible for any accident caused by not following the provided rules. Please go through the risks described below, and if you have any concerns about any process of your workshop experience, please do not hesitate to ask your craftsman-in-charge to do the work for you.

Workshop Safety and Precautions:

  • All processes must be explained to you by your craftsman before they are performed. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.
  • Although aprons are provided, we recommend that you wear comfortable clothes that you do not mind dirtying.
  • If you have long hair, please tie it up to prevent it catching fire or getting caught in tools. Please also refrain from wearing clothes with loose sleeves.
  • Please note that the processes of filing and polishing your jewelry may scrap on the surfaces of your nails.
  • Please remove any hand jewelry or watches before the workshop as they may get dirty or damaged.
  • As you may be working in the same space as other customers, please be respectful of one another. Please note that you may have to wait your turn for each process.

Aprons, hair ties, safety goggles, and vinyl gloves are available for loan at no charge. We appreciate your cooperation in making this workshop space safe and enjoyable.
