In light of the current COVID-19 situation, below are some preventive measures practiced at MITUBACI:
◆ All staff and visiting customers are required to sanitize their hands and wear masks when they enter the atelier;
◆ Frequent ethanol disinfection of workshop tools, tables, chairs etc.;
◆ Opening atelier windows every hour to maximize ventilation, and
◆ Ensuring 1m-distancing between customers during workshops
As of today (28th March 2020), our workshop courses are still on-going.
However, should our workshops be put on halt inevitably, we will make an announcement on our website. If it comes to that, we will also contact all customers who have already made an appointment.
In this case, customers who have already made reservations will be notified individually of the cancellation.
Please be assured that workshop cancellations by customers will not incur additional fee. If you wish to cancel your appointment, we appreciate if you could contact us ahead of time via phone or email. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
